1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Student Manager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Student Manager is a cloud-based education management system for private schools, tuition classes, and universities, provided as a subscription service. Features include student records, attendance tracking, fee management, ID card generation, and online admissions.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Service. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to store illegal content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, or disrupt the Service for other users.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days before permanent deletion.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
